I originally saw a recipe similar to this on TikTok but wanted to make it into something I knew *my* family would actually enjoy. I started throwing things together and was so impressed at how it turned out, I knew I had to make it again to get the recipe just right.
I have used fresh broccoli right out of my garden as well as steamed broccoli from the freezer section of the grocery store. No matter where you are or what season it is, this dish is super easy to make and reheats perfectly for an easy lunch the next day.
