Low Carb Sausage & Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 2 cups broccoli steamed
  • 2 cups cauliflower steamed
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
  • 1 cup parmesan shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Brown beef and sausage together in a skillet until fully cooked through. Drain grease and set aside.
  • Steam fresh or frozen vegetables and chop into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, parmesan, seasonings, and half of the mozzarella.
  • In a greased 9x13 pan, put in layer of chopped vegetables and top with meat mixture.
  • Gently fold in the cream cheese mixture, gently folding it in to make sure everything is well covered.
  • Top with remaining shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until top of cheese is beginning to brown.
