- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 2 cups broccoli steamed
- 2 cups cauliflower steamed
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
- 1 cup parmesan shredded
Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown beef and sausage together in a skillet until fully cooked through. Drain grease and set aside.
Steam fresh or frozen vegetables and chop into small pieces.
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, parmesan, seasonings, and half of the mozzarella.
In a greased 9x13 pan, put in layer of chopped vegetables and top with meat mixture.
Gently fold in the cream cheese mixture, gently folding it in to make sure everything is well covered.
Top with remaining shredded mozzarella.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until top of cheese is beginning to brown.
