The Yardwork Begins

This weekend the focus shifted outside for a little while The weather was beyond perfect and allowed us to get so much done! We planted a peach tree, a lemon tree, three blueberry bushes, a blackberry bush, ten strawberry plants, and all of my seedlings that I started a few weeks ago. Then we put a few more pickets up on the privacy fence and started working on cleaning out the greenhouse.

We’ve slept here two nights now and I couldn’t be more in love. There is still tons to do around here but gosh it’s impressive how much we’ve gotten done in just under 90 days since we closed. The pets are settling in and I think the kitties especially love all of the extra space.

So thankful for family and friends that are helping us with this adventure. We truly could not have gotten all of this done without you guys. From helping to plant to helping move to showing up with much-needed snacks We love you all so much
