You’ll see active starter for local pickup, along with dehydrated starter that can be stored, rehydrated, or used in recipes. I also offer a larger quantity of dehydrated starter for anyone making pantry mixes or baking in bigger batches. Everything comes from the same starter I use in my own kitchen.
