Welcome to Pauline Manor! We’re Mike and Lynsey, and together with our herd of six dachshunds, we’re building a life we love at our 1908 Victorian farmhouse in Northwest Florida. What started as restoring an old house has grown into a microbakery, gardens, beehives, a greenhouse, home apothecary, and more projects than we ever planned. If you love making things from scratch but still appreciate Walmart delivery, you’re in the right place. Around here, we’re all about learning new skills, embracing old traditions, and finding a little more whimsy in everyday life.
