Fresh Fried Okra

When we started talking about buying Pauline Manor I knew I wanted a vegetable garden… but I had no idea how much I was going to come to love it (or how unbelievably frustrating it can be) I had one cucumber about a month ago and I have two yellow squash I’m going to cook tomorrow but this is the first time I’ve really picked, cleaned, and cooked something right out of the garden. I could not be happier.
