Happy First Day of Summer

Our TWO AC units are trying as hard as they can but… 115 year old houses aren’t exactly “energy efficient” We’ve been working on getting nice heavy curtains on all of the windows, sealing holes in the ductwork, keeping fans running, etc… but as things heat up here at Pauline Manor it’s more and more clear why instead of finishing most of the house projects… the former owners just installed a pool HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SUMMER YALL!!
