Pauline Manor Wildflower Honey | 16 oz
This honey comes straight from the Pauline Manor apiary, where our bees forage on the seasonal mix of wildflowers, trees, and native plants that grow throughout our property and the surrounding area in Northwest Florida.
Because it is raw and unfiltered, every jar reflects the season it was harvested. Color, flavor, and texture naturally vary throughout the year depending on what the bees are collecting. Some harvests are lighter and more delicate, while others are darker with a richer flavor.
Whether you’re sweetening tea, drizzling it over sourdough toast, stirring it into yogurt, or using it in your favorite recipes, this is real local honey just as the bees made it.
Each jar is hand-bottled at Pauline Manor and carefully packaged for shipping.

Ingredients
100% Raw Wildflower Honey
Storage
Store at room temperature. Honey naturally crystallizes over time, especially in cooler temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect quality. To return honey to a liquid state, place the jar in warm (not boiling) water until the crystals dissolve.
Good to Know
Every batch is a little different. Since our bees gather nectar from whatever is blooming naturally around Pauline Manor, the color and flavor will change from season to season. That’s one of the things that makes local honey unique.
