Master Bathroom Update

The master bathroom, bedroom, and double walk-in closet are almost finished. We are guessing that this bathroom space was originally part of the wrap-around porch because it looks like there is some exterior wood on what is now an interior wall and one of the insides of a window casing looks like it was made with an unfinished tree branch.  Either way, everything is properly covered and sealed, and prepped for new texture and a new coat of paint. Speaking of tile, the tile demo continues upstairs… we are getting quite the workout going up and down stairs carrying tile out to the dumpster. Thankfully Mike got us a new set of wheels that will hopefully make that process a little easier tomorrow.

We also started putting together some of the furniture and measured the first room to start taking stuff over from our current house. We still aren’t sure when we will move officially, but it feels so nice to not be in any hurry and just take things one room at a time. That being said we are eager to call Pauline “home.”
